		<description>Thanks, after I wrote my first comment I stumbled upon some additional samples using the LCD. Looks promising and if that is not enough then jsui looks like it can fill in the rest.</description>

		<description>The controls in the guitar effects are default Max5 controls. I think Max5 looks great, and will make my own gui only when something has to be combined or some other reason that I&#039; have not discovered yet. I guess JSUI is great for some things, but as I do not like to spend time on things that something else can do I used LCD for the sliders. LCD can do a lot of stuff out of the box, and by using LCD you&#039;ll save some time on the programming side of things if you can use any of LCDs embedded functionality.</description>

I did see that you can do some skinning of controls using the pictctrl object but I was wondering if there are other good options for UI skinning. Seems that jsui is kind of DOA.</description>
